Rigali ’14 in a serial burglary and interstate transportation of stolen property prosecution. Two of the three defendants testified that they were involved in the burglaries but adamantly asserted that the third defendant, their cousin, had no involvement. At the conclusion of the 10-day trial, and after three hours of deliberation, the jury returned verdicts of guilt on all counts.
